Hey There! My name’s Juli. I’m a personal trainer and group fitness leader. I’m a firm believer in the power to create change by moving your body and eating nutritious food. I’m also really big into the power of positive thought. Mindset is key to training and creating your best and healthiest life! What you think can do, you will achieve.


Tell me if this sounds familiar to you... You wake up, down the coffee, skip breakfast, get yourself together to get kids ready for school, get to work, maybe grab some kind of snack (maybe not such a healthy one either), try to make it to lunch, by afternoon you need more coffee or another sugary snack to get through the day, by the end of work you are tired and worn down, reach for some wine to relax, watch tv too late, finally fall asleep, and repeat. How do you feel? Do you feel your best?


Or maybe you are trying to lose weight. You have tried other plans/diets. You are excited at the start but quickly lose the motivation to continue on your own. You don’t quiet see the results you are looking for so you give up and go back to how things were. How do you feel? Why did you give up?


Now tell me how it would feel to be living YOUR BEST LIFE? Do you feel strong? Do you feel healthy? Are you active and working out consistently? Are you seeing results? I bet the answer is YES. Can you turn this thought into reality? YES YOU CAN!


Many people who know me hear me say that all the time... YES YOU CAN. You can do anything you set your mind to. Sometimes all it takes is a little help to get in the right direction. Sometimes you need someone to teach you a new skill, support you on the journey, and be your cheerleader. So what if you too could be on your A game? What if you changed your mindset and believed you could do anything you put your mind too? The possibilities are endless.


That’s what I want for you. I want you to say “Today I GET to workout. Today I GET to eat healthy food. Today I get to be AWESOME!” Mindset is key. YES YOU CAN! With me by your side and the power of positive thought, together we can do it! Let’s create a plan that works for you that gets you on the right path. Workout, eat right, believe in yourself.
